Salary : $18.00 - $19.71 / hour BOE

Dickson Hollow is seeking Caregivers (CBRF / CNA / Nursing Assistant / Resident Assistant / HHA ) to join our team.

Current opportunities include :

• Part-time Day shift, 6am to 2pm, 24 hours per week including every other weekend
• Part-time Weekends Only Program, 2pm to 10pm Saturday and Sunday
• Weekends Only Program is time and a half base pay offered $27.00 an hour or higher based on experience!
• Weekends Only Program requires 16 hours per weekend and 6 month minimum commitment to weekend package hours - total commitment is 24 out of 26 weekends

Dickson Hollow is located on the corner of Pilgrim Rd. and Lisbon Rd. in Menomonee Falls, WI. In collaboration with Living Hope Presbyterian Church, Dickson Hollow houses the congregation's worship and ministry space.

The community also features a Town Center with bistro, theater, library, club room, salon, wellness center, and more.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADL’s as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
• Monitor changes in Resident’s condition
• Transferring and assisting residents with mobility using various methods (gait belt, mechanical lifts,
• Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered.
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
